| Transcript | I auction. All artwork will be available for minimum bid sale on Sunday unless specified otherwise by having "No Sunday Sale" or NSS written on the bid sheets. If you are not sure about whether or not a piece is available, check with the Art Show Desk. There will be no "Quick Sale". Award ribbons will be presented on the basis of peer and popular vote for both amateurs and professionals. Voting will close at 3:00 PM Saturday and ribbons posted before close of business that afternoon. A reception, after viewing hours, is planned for the artists on Friday night to view the artwork and enable them to vote at that time. Categories will include Best in Show, Directors' Choice (awarded by Art Show Staff), Colour, Monochrome, Humour, 3-D Craftmanship, 3-D Creativity, etcetera. Suggestions are welcomed. ART SHOW The Art Show will be open Friday, October 12th from noon to 6:00 PM for artists' check-in and from 3:00 PM until 10:00 PM for public viewing. The Art Show will re-open for viewing at 10:00 AM, Saturday, October 13th and close at 6:00 PM. The auction is scheduled for 10:00 PM Saturday evening. On Sunday, October 14th, art sales pick-up and artists' check-out will begin at 10:00 AM and close at 4:00 PM. Any artwork not picked up by 4:00 PM Sunday will become the property of the convention and disposed of at its discretion. The correct title for the new Maclay & Associates original horror anthology is MASQUES and it has been edited by J.N. Williamson.
