HORACE GOLD: H. L. Gold broke into sf with a novella "Inflexure" in
Astounding, 1934, This was recently reprinted in Perry Rhodan. He
became a Campbell author for Astounding and Unknown before WWII and
was also an, associate edit or" of the Thrilling Group of magazines.
After the war he began Galaxy Magazine in 1950 and edited it for eleven
wonderful years. He also wrote comics such as Superman, Batman,
Capt. Marvel, etc., radio scripts, true detective stories, confession,
western, and so forth, under 32 names; about 6,000,000 words, less
than 500,000 science fiction and fantasy.

ERIC GREEN: This ten year old star of the tv program Space Academy is
a five year veteran in tv and will be appearing shortly in the movie ^Soft
MIKE & TERRI HODEL are two-thirds of HOUR 25, the L. A. radio science
fiction program on KPFK-FM, Fridays at 10 p.m. Terry does the SF Calendar and fields all of the phone calls the show gets. Mike produces the program and, along with Mitchell Harding, co-hosts it. Mike is co-author of
"Enter Mycroft Holmes, " a mystery to be published in Spring of 1979 by
Hawthorn Books, He also wrote the pilot for a new sf radio series, "Alien
Worlds, " debuting in January, 1979.
GEORGE CLAYTON JOHNSON: The co-author of "Logan's Run" George
Clayton Johnson lias also written television scripts (including the Star
Trek episode, "Man Trap") as well as movie scripts (Ocean's Eleven),
Last spring George organized the ClaytonCon, and currently he is conducting seminars at the Fantasy Faire.
KATHERINE KURTZ was awarded a B. S. in Chemistry from the University of
Miami and attended medical school for a year before deciding she would
rather write. She earned an M. A. in medieval English history from UCLA
while writing her first two novels, "Deryni Rising" and "Deryni Checkmate, "
She is also a professionally trained hypnotist, and is currently a designer
of instructional materials for the L. A. Police Academy. She has just begun
work on her sbcth novel, "Camber.the Heretic. " Her other novels include
"High Deryni, " "Camber of Culdi, " and "Saint Camber" (to be released by
Dei Rey Books in October of 1978.)
