Dear Sir:- I will be glad if you will have arrangements made for the filling in of the approaches to Franklin Avenue bridge as soon as possible. It occurred to me that it would be best to have this done for two reasons; first: that the earth might be well settled by the time the bridge is finished^and second: that there would be no possible delay, such as the -r"^c^ -— -S work to be done after the bridge itself was completed.
