Alcaldes ordinarios y diego gonzalez y luán2 caballero y alonso gomez regidores de la dicha villa. Estando Iuntos en ayuntameinto como lo an de eos tumbre. diego morillo vezino de la villa presento la carta execu- toria de su magestad desta otra parte y requirió con ella a los dichos señores la guarden y cumplan como En ella se Contiene y de su pedimiento =3 yo luán nuñez Escrivano publico la ley y notifique a los dichos señores Iusticia y Regimiento Desuso Testigos Fabian ga llego y luán de baldibia vezinos de la dicha villa. Nos. Los dichos señores Alcaldes E Regidores Tomaron la dicha carta executoria de su magestad en sus manos y la besaron. E pusieron sobre su cabeza y obedecieron con todo el acatamiento devido y dixeron questan prestos de la guardar y cumplir como En ella, se Contiene y en su cumplimento.
