E.3 hare presente: que hallándose con numero considerable de familia q.4 necesita sostener y por lo mismo suplica á V. E. tenga a vien concederle en calidad dé venta once sitios, de tierra sobre las márgenes derecha a izquierda del Rio de Trinidad o donde la hayga valdia, o- bligandose á pagar dé contado las cantidades q. sé lé impongan con arreglo al arto.5 24 de lá Ley de Colonización q. ri- je én ésta frontera =6 Por tanto á V. E. suplica rendidamente tenga á vien hacer como pide q. én ello recivirá lá gracia q. impetra el q. solicita = Nacogdoches 30 dé Agosto de 1830 = Vital Flores = Leona Vicario 16 de Marzo de 1831 = Conforme al arto. 24 de lá Ley de Colonización de 24 de Marzo de 1825.
