Transcript Alpha Delta Sigma Communications ADS MEMBERS Ronnie Rivenbark, secretary, Jack Soodhalter, Joel Cohn, Tom Spencer, Steve Swan, Bobby Livitz, Mike Weingart, Wally Sisk, Dick Heilman, Ray Menzel, Glen Hill, Vic Kopysinski, vice-pres.; Al Vela, president; R. J. Buchta, treasurer; Arnold Barium, and Sheldon Starr. THEY BRIDGE GAP Alpha Delta Sigma's aim, to bridge the gap between advertising education and advertising business, is accomplished by working on various projects with the alumni chapter and with other advertising organizations. Outstanding speakers are featured at each meeting. This year ADS completed two brochures, one establishing an advertising internship program and the other obtaining jobs for advertising students. The main projects included the co- sponsorship of the Advertising Week Banquet, the ADS-GAX Regional Meet, and co-sponsorship of the Student Directory. Social events included a New Year's Eve party and a spring barbecue. Alpha Epsilon Rho GROUP AIDS WITH TOURS Alpha Epsilon Rho, honorary organization for students in radio-television, encourages and recognizes outstanding radio and television students who maintain a high scholastic average. Established in 1957, Alpha Phi chapter of AERho includes among its service projects guiding groups through KUHT and KUHF. At the end of the spring semester, AERho sponsors an Awards Banquet, at which departmental and chapter awards are presented, including an AERho monetary award to an outstanding junior.
