Transcript Delta Sigma Phi—2620 Calumet Circle James Parkhurst President DELTA SIGMA PHI Delta Sigma Phi. founded at the City College of New York in 1899. attempts to develop the outstanding talent in each individual member through its patented slogan of "Engineered Leadership." Gamma Omega chapter of Delta Sig participates in Homecoming. Songfest, and Cougar Christmasland. Each year the fraternity presents a Best Sorority trophy, won this year by Zeta Tau Alpha. Top socials of the year include the Carnation Ball, held in the w inter, and the spring Sailor's Ball. At Delta Sig's national convention, former sweetheart Lila Jeanfreau won the national Delta Sigma Phi Dream Girl title. Outstanding members include James Parkhurst. member of Spirits, ODK. Theta Tau engineering honor group, and track letterman: Ellsworth Stewart, Canterbury Club president; Walt Brauchle. president of the Lutheran Students Association; and John Van Hook, sophomore class president and member of Spirits. Sweetheart, BILLIE SCHNEIDER IT LOOKS LIKE a good time is being had by all at the Delta Sigma Phi Sailor's Ball. 154
