Transcript it's OHLY THE BEGinninG . . . V w or many people, college is just a stepping stone leading them toward future success. The beginning of one's life can start at many different places, but attending a university has and will offer many people an array of options. Many different kinds of people have attended college and all have walked away from it learning a variety of things. Some leave with a whole new outlook on life, and others leave with friends for a lifetime. Aside from the hard-earned education that is gained, life lessons are also presented to students. For many, attending the University includes leaving home or moving far away. The transition for students can be a whole new beginning. A life full of decisions and journeys await them. To say that college is the beginning of one's life would be an opinion, because many people find their real happiness comes after they leave and begin their career. However, most people will say the foundation for their future started at the University while pursuing their degree. "The beginning of the rest of your life" is a phrase that is often heard in one's lifetime — when graduating high school and going to college, when starting your fist job, and when getting married. In reality, all are major transitions that contribute to the shift of a lifestyle that can be very promising for any person. Some may leave the University feeling satisfied and continue their education in graduate school, some leave with a Bachelor's degree, and some may never finish, but they will all walk away with many experiences that have changed their life. • . * 'mmr TP w —»«,.. m > : tfr'.j.: m9TWi /**''•* ip / 7 y If, ■ Homecoming Queen Pauline Tosto and King Bill Hoover are congratulated by President Arthur K.
