The three campus weight rooms are located in Garrison Gym, the Athletic/Alumni Center and Moody Towers. Garrison Gym is home to many UH students. Anyone with a Cougar ICard is free to choose from a selection of equipment in the weight room. Such equipment includes free weights and tup-to-date electronic machines. The Firm, located on the ground floor of the Moody Towers Residence Halls, is another workout room that caters to any student, staff, administrator or faculty member associated with UH. However, the Firm is available to members only. The use of this gym, however, is restricted to athletes, said Mike Chiappetta, a graduate student working at the facility. "The facility helps ben- the workout routines of the athletes. Another reason is some professional athletes use the gym, and it keeps the media out Chiappetta said. The facility covers about 16,500 square feet, the weight room contains the most modern and innovative weight training and conditioning equipment including 10 benches, 10 incline benches and 10 power squat racks.
