Transcript Lecturer Walter Lindemann engages in lively instruction. Acquainting students with the many phases of the hospitality industry was the role of the Conrad N. Hilton School of Hotel and Restaurant Management. The curriculum encompassed not only the aesthetics but the working and technical end of the business. Thus, the graduate was equipped to cope with any social situation and cater to the needs of those from all walks of life. To augment the students' intensive training, actual experience was stressed, all which culminated in an internship in either a hotel or restaurant of the highest calibre. The UH Hilton provided an on-campus retreat for the university community and its guests, as well as an outstanding learning facility, which made it one of the top schools of its kind in the US.
