According to the 1993-1995 course curriculum catalog: The goal of the College of Technology is to promote a broader understanding of technology amoung the general population and, in particular, amoung the Houston work force. The college has attained national and international recognition for its accomplishments. Because technology is a specialized undertaking, the college offers programs in many areas.
