Transcript Program Council Qualifications: Attend 3 consecutive meetings of any committee. Purpose: Provide low or non- cost entertainment to the university community and surrounding area. PC provides events such as performances in the coffeehouse weekly, concerts, fairs in the park, and open forums on current events and controver topics.
