Transcript Alpha Delta Pi The oldest college sorority, Alpha Delta Pi was founded at Wesleyan Female College in Macon, Georgia, in May, 1851, under the name "Adelphian Society." Outstanding social events include a spring formal, founders day banquet, faculty tea, and a big and little sister party. Second in scholarship ratings and third in Homecoming floats, ADPi's outstanding members include Jacque Wilson, Pep Club secretary and Women's Student Association vice-president; Janell Sanford, sophomore representative; and Kay Kellough, Vanity Fair beauty. ". . . and in 1904 our name was changed from Adelphian Society to ADPi," Jone tells an interested audience. Everyone talking at once: Brenda, Kay, Shawn, Bertie, Pattie, Joan, Vee, and Nancy vie for attention.
