Transcript Scholastic Phi Theta Kappa High scholarship and integrity are the primary aims of Phi Theta Kappa, the University national junior college honorary scholastic society. National president of the fraternity is Eugene Cook, a member of the local Zeta Beta chapter. Outstanding projects of the organization include the publishing of the 1958-1959 Student Directory, planning of the Honors Day Banquet, fall and spring initiation, and study programs.
