Transcript Fred J. Heyne Building The Fred J. Heyne Building was dedicated in September, 1958. The late Jesse H. Jones named the $1,500,000 structure in honor of his friend and faithful associate, Fred J. Heyne. The new building, consisting of two floors and a basement, contains a Management Development Center.
