Transcript Program Council Program Council (PC) is an organization that provides a variety of cultural, educational, recreational and social programs for the campus life at UH. Some of their activities last year included a jazz series, Last Tango in Paris, a Mardi Gras trip, Texas Renaissance Festival, Col- legecon '80, The Knack, Rickie Lee Jones, and Karla Bonoff in concert.- PC is composed of the Coffee House Committee, Fine Arts Committee, Travel Committee and Video-Tape Committee. All work to supply the students with entertainment on campus for a reasonable price as compared with off campus activities.
