'' * t Km r; V 3 M ^ ^^>ueen Elizabeth II made her official public greeting to Q^ Houstonians outside of City Hall as thousands of people came out to give the queen a warm welcome. Despite the rainy weather, people cheered for Britain's royality upon her arrival at City Hall, where she was greeted by Mayor Kathy Whitmire. At City Hall several groups performed for the queen, including the UH cheerleaders. She was then invited to attend a Gospel Choir peroformance at Anti- och Baptist Church down the street from City Hall. She then travelled to NASA and held a private dinner at the Musuem of Fine Arts.
