Transcript <£ fane -Cinefr A Cry For Expansion In The Telephone Industry Picture it: four residents in two rooms, sharing a single phone line. Nighttime was the worst when everyone wanted to make a call and someone was on the phone. Nicole Gunsaulus, a freshman from Long Beach, California, who lived in Settegast, said it was a difficult situation when she was waiting for an important phone call and someone was on the phone. You can't very well just tell somebody to get off the phone because, for instance, if it was a long distance call and you want your time on the phone, you don't want somebody telling you to get off," she said. Ashley Mulkey, also a freshman who lived in Settagast, said that although nobody had to call because of emergency, there was often a problem of people getting through to her. "I've had people say they've tried to call me but the line's always busy," she said. Nicole offered a solution to the problem, but said it was not an option. They should at least offer a double line if you're willing to pay," Nicole said.-Marjorie Goodman WftJil HPJ 1 * s^^^^^i^Sa^ ■nH -*% | lllri,||B f^^"" HMf HH ^^^ QUADS BATES 2ND FLOOR.
