Transcript qpM *«« J&^ /% -C«< ^ New Apartments Spice Op Living Capabilities The grand opening of the new campus apartments, Cambridge Oaks, housed more than 500 residents. A quick tour of the complex let prospective students know that this was just like all other apartment complexes. There was a clubhouse, swimming pool, laundry room, and cable. The newly built housing system provided for the new management and residents an apartment style of living except on campus. The make-up of the resident population was also different, with a large variety of residents coming from different backgrounds. The Athletic Department arranged for the housing of some members of the football team, also a large amount of graduate students rented space in the complex, a few married students took advantage of the housing option, but a large group of the residents were friends who decided to move into an apartment together that was close to campus. The housing department was very proud of the new complex and looked forward to offering students varied housing arrangements. -Mike Redmond $£* *m$$&'.
