Diversity Diversity Week was a cultural explosion of students experiencing other cultures through a variety of different activities. Diversity Week sponsered by the Council of Ethic Organizations and carried the theme the "United Colors of CEO." The annual event was a week long and was held on April 8-12. The event was a cultural extravanganza, which enabled students, faculty, staff, and community members to learn and experience different cultures. Each day a different form of showing cultures was previewed. There were films, exhibitions and displays. Cultural dances were performed by various organization members and festival of all ethnicities was held so people could compare the different cultures. Students were able to learn visually through the week-long activities. The event showed the diversity that makes this university a unique place, and it enables those unfamiliar to experience and learn about other cultures outside of the classroom.
