Transcript Traditionally Strong he women of Delta Gamma shared a very special lifelong sisterhood and a high sense of friendship. Excelling scholasti- cally and being involved in campus, community and social events, Delta Gammas were diverse. Delta Gammas are proud of their rich heritage. The ancient symbol of hope, the anchor, is appropriately Delta Gamma's symbol. With over 130 chapters in the U.S., Canada, and London, Delta Gamma is a traditionally strong sorority. Wherever you go on campus, you're bound to see a Dee Gee involved, whether it be as appearances on the Dean's List, the Golden Key National Hon^r Society, the University of Houston Honors program, Intramural sports, Greek Week, Homecoming, Derby Days, Bike Race, Gong Show, Big Man on Campus, or the most fun and exciting event on campus-Anchor Splash! Even with all that, Delta Gammas volunteer their time for their philanthropies, Sight Conservation and Aid to the Blind, as well as other community services, such as the Great Houston Duck Race, which is sponsored by the Delta Gamnia Foundation. Ever since its founding in 1873 in Oxford, Mississippi, the sisters of Delta Gamma have LETS HEAR IT FOR THE FEUD...Delta Commas clap for their sisters, while wishing them luck during Phi Mu £reek Feud.
