Carolyn Weddington, pres.; Gail Deacon, sec.-treas.; Jeanne Hadid, vice pres. Council Plans I Social Events As the governing body of the Law Hall, the Dorm Council serves to preserve and promote the interest and welfare of the women residing in the dormitories. They provide each student with a more beneficial association within the dorms. The Council gives a Christmas party for orphans. Social activities include an annual Christmas dance and open house, inter-dorm dances, coffees and teas, intramurals and participation in Homecoming activities. DORM COUNCIL MEMBERS: First Row: Karen Hunter, Sydney Johnston, Carolyn Weddington. Second Row: Linda Brangato, Donna Jeanfreau, Cathie Goforth, Diane Abney, Margaret Wilbourn, Jo Dell Campbell, Kathy Pickett. Third Row: Gail Broughton, Gail Deacon, Charlotte Wells, Jeanne Hadid, Dee Karraker. 193
