Transcript Phi Epsilon Beta Alpha Chapter BLANKENSHIP, Ronnie COLBERT, Roy FELDT, Larry GASWIRTH, Ronald GOITZMAN, Alfred GRIFFIN, Rodney HALPERIN, Peter HOFFMAN, Steven HORDES, Mark HORN, Jan KAMERLING, David KAPP, Allen Gary Kass and David Kamerling prepare the Phi Epsilon Pi Pizza House for the Carni Gras which never was. Phi Epsilon Pi's and their dates pose for Greek Week Formal. the camera at the KASS, Gary LEVY, Mark LEVY, Mike Marilyn Borkon, Sweetheart The Interfraternity Council's Scholarship Trophy went to Phi Epsilon Pi this year. The trophy is awarded to the fraterriity with the highest scholastic average. The development of such high standards of the University of Houston Beta Alpha chapter dates back to its founding on February 14, 1956. Activities such as the Snowflake Ball, the Homecoming Champagne Party, and the Dream Girl Formal helped establish the strong ties of brotherhood among the members. In these and other ways, Phi Epsilon Pi demonstrates the motto "Friendship binds eternally." The 1964 officers of the fraternity were Ronnie Gaswirth, president; Allen Kapp, vice-president; Jay Sterling, secretary; Robert Most, treasurer; Gary Kass, historian; and David Kamerling, parliamentarian. Outstanding Phi Eps were Ronnie Gaswirth, Who's Who and IFC president, and Allen Kapp, senator, GE College Bowl team, and Greek of the Week.
