Seated: Mrs. Altfeld, Mrs. Adams, Miss Blount, Mrs. Gray. Radio Department Radio announcing, radio writing, radio production, radio and television acting, and television modeling are among the thirty-six radio courses offered to students at the University. Students desiring a major in radio and television should refer to the special requirements for a Bachelor of Arts, Fine Arts or Science degree. Mr. John Schwarzwalder is chairman of the department. Drama Department Acting, directing, play production, and stagecraft make up the fields of specialization in the drama department, directed by Mr. Robert Rittenour. With more than forty courses offered in this department, a student may choose either a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Bachelor of Arts, or. Bachelor of Science degree. The "actors and actresses of tomorrow" still enjoy their performances in the wings of the Attic Theater.
