Transcript Zandy Baker, assistant area coordinator (Towers) and Sherry Welchel, area coordinator (Towers) show their appreciation of diversity. I'n an increasingly .diversified world, it often becomes necessary to celebrate cultural differences in order to educate others about them. This is what the RHA hopes to accomplish by sponsoring programs such as "Passport to the World." "Passport" is an opportunity for students of diverse ethnic origins to display and educate their peers about their backgrounds. Held annually in the Moody Towers Commons, "Passport" attracts hundreds of students, both on- and off- campus residents. Costing a relatively small amount, around $5000, most of which is advertising, this program will continue "as long as people enjoy it, get a lot out of and just continue to attend," said Sherry Whelchel, area coordinator of the Moody Towers and one of the primary organizers to "Passport." --by Sarah L.
