Transcript MISS SUE GARRISON Director of Women's Physical Education WOMEN'S PHYSICAL EDUCATION Women's physical education continued to show this year that sports are for those who like them, regardless of sex. The program, directed by Miss Sue Garrison, celebrated its fifth year of growth by adding another sport, tennis, to a roster that already included badminton, volleyball, basketball and Softball. At press time, only the volleyball and badminton championships had been decided. The Owls, boasting a four and nothing record going into the finals, swept two of three games from the Sissies to gain the top position in volleyball. In badminton, Mary Ann Ingram took top honors in the singles division while Charlotte Weatherford and Mary Auer captured the doubles crown.
