PAT BUTLER GINNY McHEMORE Treasurer .... BARBARA RICE GENIE deFRANCES - Parliamentarian GENIE deFRANCES Phi Delta Zeta ranked high in all major Fiesta activities—fourth top show, second top float in Fiesta parade, and one of the top ten Fiesta acts were rewards for a major endeavor by the membership. An annual banquet in May, pledge dances and a Christmas party are representative of the sorority's regular activities. Phi Delta was organized in the spring of 1950. It began its probation period under the Women's Fraternal Council on December 11, 1952. Mutual interest among the members and a desire to assist in promotion and guidance of a more wholesome campus life guides the program of the sorority.
