Edwards, Syntchk, Sweeton. ANDY ANDERSON President The Student Council is the upper house of Student Government and is concerned with improving the existing Student Government and school spirit. Its officers consist of President, Vice President and Secretary, all elected by general election. The body is made up of each (lass president and a representative of each college. One of the main school functions of the year, the Junior-Senior Prom, is planned and co-ordinated by the Student Council. Council, Assembly Legislate, Debate Assembly members gather in Oberholtzer Hall for discussion. STUDENT ASSEMBLY The lower legislative house ol Student Government in which all legislation is introduced ... is the Student Assembly. The president of every organized campus organization of the University is a member.
