David Chambers Secretary Ronald Faulkner Treasurer Jerry McLean Fraternity Further Ideals Phi Theta Upsilon is an international Optometric fraternity organized to advance optometry as a profession and to further the fraternal spirit among its members. Tau Omega Alpha is the recently recognized UH Chapter. Phi Theta Upsilon sponsors guest speakers in the different facits of the field of optometry. The professional bond of optometry is also strengthened by the association of the members at their meetings and social functions.
