Transcript Campus Wide Christian Science Club Programs sponsored by the UH Christian Organization are designed to give the college community an opportunity to understand and learn more about Christian Science and its worldwide activities. CSO holds weekly testimony meetings to which all students are invited. The organization maintains a study room in the Religion Center which is open to the public for the reading of Christian Science Literature and periodicals. At the beginning of each semester, CSO sponsors receptions to acquaint new students with its activities and in the spring the organization sponsors a free lecture by a noted Christian Science lecturer which is open to the entire university community. FRONT ROW: Bonnie Turrentine, Helen Sealey, Linda Hirsh, Susan Vanderpool, Mary Kay Clark, Lorelei Baum. BACK ROW: Mr. Emmett Smith, Adviser, Ethan Hirsh, Cynthia Hall, Charles Secrease, Steve Merrill. Ecumenical University Ministry The Protestant faiths organized into the Ecumenical University Ministry are trying to provide a ministry to the students, faculty, administration and staff of the University community. EUM is a joint venture of The United Church of Christ, the Protestant Episcopal Church, The Presbyterian Church and The Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).
