SOULE The Spanish Club of the university, EI Foro Espanol, following its usual custom, met at Christmas lime for a party at tbe borne of Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Soule, Pan-American Day was celebrated on April 13 in tbe garden of the Soule home. Tbe Consular Corps of tbe Pan-American Republics, including Mr. Urrea, Vice-Consul of Mexico, and Mr. Burbano, Consul of Ecuador, who spoke briefly, were guests of honor. The club during tbe year has endeavored to steadily maintain its two-fold purpose — to foster interest in the establishment on tbe campus of a Pan-American Building, and to establish exchange scholarships between tfie University of Houston and similar institutions in Latin-America.
