Description In this letter, the Headquarters Secretary congratulates Mrs. Edward F. Harris for recovering from her illness and informs her of Minnie Fisher Cunningham's grippe. The letter writer also pleads that Mrs. Harris may mobilize her influences so that Mr. R. L. Pillow, Jr. will cooperate with the Galveston Equal Suffrage Association as expected.
