Inscription Copy of a resolution taken by Mr. Frank Batt, President of[illegible] Congress here, to State Convention. He promises to "put it through." Have secured 98% of all school teachers names and every [illegible] (but one) that we have been to see. That one that is missing was a mistake. They are with us. Yours, Fannie Fenell
