Description Photograph of a flower arrangement by Mrs. J. W. Huggins of the Charleston, S.C. Garden Club. The arrangement interprets the city of Houston, "Land of The Big Rich," by using Scotch broom, gilded ivy leaves and gold and bronze cymbidium orchids in a container made from an erector set.
