Description 46 page pamphlet promoting the 32 story Niels Esperson Building. Pamphlet includes several photos of the exterior of the building, construction scenes, and interior offices. Pamphlet also includes advertisements for companies housed in the Neils Esperson Building, as well as companies who were employed in the construction and furnishing of the building. Groundbreaking for the building commence on April 9, 1925. Steelwork was completed February 15, 1926. The cornerstone was laid April 10 of the same year.

Transcript THE GUARDIAN TRUST COMPANY was incorporated on the 15th day of February, 1917, with a paid in capital of $200,000 and surplus of $50,000. The Company occupied two offices on the fifth floor of the Commercial National Bank Building, having approximately 400 square feet of floor space. The office force consisted of Mr. C. M. Malone, Vice President, and Miss Sylvia Wilkins, Secretarty. Its present quarters in the Niels Esperson Building, occupied on its tenth anniversary, contain approximately 23,000 square feet of floor space, located on the first three floors of this building. It now has active officers and employees of eighty-one. Its Capital is $600,000, Surplus $600,00, and Undivided Profits $300,000. BANKING - Under the management of Mr. T. P. Priddie, Jr., vice president. BOND - Handling all high class municipal, industrial and foreign bonds - Under the management of Mr. L. B. Duquette, vice president. REAL ESTATE LOAN - Under the management of Mr. Ira F. Reed, vice president. TRUST - Under the management of Mr. W. Browne Baker, vice president.
