Description Copy of a letter to R. E. Powell from James H. Durbin confirming receipt of Mr. R. E. Powell's previous letter regarding tornado and fire insurance for the Nurses' home, utility building, and pavilion at the Houston Negro Hospital. Mr. James H. Durbin writes that they will be reducing the amount of tornado insurance and will prepare the necessary credits and endorsements to be forwarded to Mr. R. E. Powell.
