Support Group for Women with Life
This group provies emotional support for women
(lesbian, bisexual, or at least lesbian friendly)
whose lives are being impacted by health issues;
the emphasis is on "life challenging" as opposed to
life threatening. A sampling of diseases current
members deal with include cancer, leukemia,
scleroderma, ulcerative colitis, diabetes,
osteoporosis, lupus, chronic fatigue syndrome, and
other immune disorders. Meetings are held the
third Wednesday of each month from 7:00-8:30
P.M. Significant others are encouraged to attend.

The program is designed to raise awareness of the diversity and colorful history of our
