NEW BREAKTHROUGH FOUNDATION CLASSES STARTING SOON National Political Issues is the topic of a seminar to be led by Ann Lower, administrative assistant to Congressman Bob Eckhardt, on Saturday morning, October 14, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. She will talk about national issues—including Proposition 13, natural gas deregulation and taxes. Fee is only $5.00. Effective Speech for Businesswomen will be taught in a "crash course" beginning on the evening of Friday, October 27. It will continue on Saturday, October 28, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Marjorie Best, Carolyn Peeler and Evelyn Cox, principals of Creative Speech Interests, Inc., will teach you how to present your ideas clearly, assertively and in a businesslike manner.
