And no wonder — Reunion Arena is a unique facility located in the heart of one of the nation's most exciting cities. Reunion Arena also serves as the permanent home of the NBA's Dallas Mavericks, the National Hockey League's (NHL) Stars and the Major Indoor Soccer League's (MISL) Dallas Sidekicks aside from the special events it continually attracts. Reunion Arena served as host for the 1989 NCAA Midwest Regional First and Second Rounds, 1986 NBA All-Star Game, 1986 NCAA Final Four and 1985 NCAA Midwest Regional. Reunion also served as the site for the 1990 and 1994 NCAA Midwest Regionals and will host the 1996 NCAA First & Second Rounds.
