Transcript of deterioration on the shelves; as an example of this kind I refer to my Round and Hexagon Gilt Leadpencils which will hereafter be delivered in tasteful and The well-known series of my School Pencils, No. 5158 and 5148, and Blue Office Pencils, No. 5545, have been considerably improved and will give increased satisfaction ; the last named especially being now made with thicker and more tenacious leads. Besides, the quality of all my manufactures has received a most thorough revision, resulting for several other lines of goods in a marked improvement beyond what was formerly offered at the same prices. The latter circumstance, particularly, will be quickly recognized and fully appreciated, and this little book, therefore, comes forward with a confident hope that the universal favor so long accorded to my trade-mark will be cheerfully perpetuated.
