Transcript 18 GEO. L. MESKER & CO., ARCHITECTURAL IRON WORKS, EVANSVILLE, IND. BRICK FRONTS. All the designs shown from pages 3 to 19, inclusive, are for brick buildings, with front walls of brick, having cast-iron columns sills and lintels in first story, with trimmings of galvanized-iron, consisting of main and lintel cornices and window caps. These make handsome and substantial fronts, practically fireproof, and they can not fail to prove satisfactory in every respect. A good brick front with cast-iron columns and high grade galvanized-iron ornamentation is the best that can be put up. There are many inferior grades of work on the market, but we find it most satisfactory to ourselves and customers to make only the best. CHANGING ARRANGEMENT OF DESIGNS. Parties who are unable to find a complete design in the catalogue to suit their purpose, can use the lower front of one design and the upper front of another, and will thus be able to secure just the arrangement they desire. The single fronts may also be extended to form double stores, and one-half of any double front may be used to form a single front. With this fact in view, the catalogue gives a great variety of styles, from which every taste may be pleased. Tear out the designs preferred, mark the measurements on them and send them to us with full explanations, and we will return them with the lowest net prices. Design No. 1324. A one-story brick front, with cast iron columns, sills, lintels and cresting, and galvanized-iron lintel cornice, main cornice and pediment. Price, cast-iron and galvanized-iron work for 20 ft. front, $150.00; 24 ft., $165.00. Woodwork and glass not included. GROUND PLANS. No. I. Design No 1325.
