Transcript TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: I have known Joe Lopez for tho past six months, no well sis Mary, his wife, and their tsrorchildren. I consider Mr. Lopez to bo an honest, hard-working man, extremely interested in improving himself. Although I realize that he has had some difficulty in the past with drinking, I also know from personal oontact that ho is making a concentrated effort to oorroot this problem. He is an ethically and morally sound person, a man of high Ideals, attentive to his community and social obligations. Too, I fool that Mr. Lopez' family speaks well of him. Mrs. Lopez is a delightful young lady, most eager to be of assistance to her husband when possible, and his children are beautifully behaved, certainly an asset to tho man and. tho community. *?# Sincerely, George R.
