| Description | Film about Houston's Rice University. In 1965 the governing board of Rice University won its case to change the school's charter which specified that they "admit and educate, tuition-free, "the white inhabitants of Houston, and the state of Texas." In the same year, Rice launched a $33 million development campaign. This film was produced during that period of change and development. |
