Manifested in these programs are the 'hot topics and concerns" challenging Texans during the Cold War. Film starts off with 2 gentlemen having a discussion in a room full of pictures. The film then shifts to a young gentleman sitting in an office setting introducing to the audience some type of information about the film. (Film is distorted and warped, has very strong vinegar smell, splices in several parts of film) This film runs best using Apple's QuickTime video software.
