| Description | This film includes meetings of the board of directors of the Houston Independent School District during which several speakers were heard voicing their opinions on school integration plans. Speakers included members of the Houston Chapter of the NAACP and other members of the public at large. The meetings also include a report about funds denied to a teacher's conference because two of it's speakers were on the House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC) for pro-communist activity.
