As subjects, it examines the two different towns of LaMarque and Crosby and the way in which the two town's school districts have attempted to comply with Federal laws to desegregate the schools. The film also contains a short depiction of juvenile delinquency and the contributing factors in "The World of Billy Joe." Billy Joe is a typical sixteen year old delinquent, who skips school and constantly argues with his mother and stepfather. This film runs best using Apple's QuickTime video software.
