Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management, the Hilton University of Houston Hotel and Conference Center, and the Continuing Education Center. The hotel and North Wing were completed in 1974 and dedicated March 1, 1975. The architects were Pierce & Pierce. In 1983, the Hilton Foundation gave $21.3 million for construction of the South Wing, which opened in 1989. The architects were Pierce, Goodwin, & Alexander.
