Cullinan and the Board to allow the society to utilize the Houston Negro Hospital for their Surgical and Medical Sections of the Lone Star State Medical Association. The society will have to decline the offer due to their inability to meet the expense or the guarantee requested by the Houston Negro Hospital. |
