DescriptionLetter to Mayor Oscar F. Holcombe in which Joseph S. Cullinan regrets that Mr. J. Y. Powell was unable to attend the Council meeting that had been arranged to discuss the matter of the hospital. Mr. Joseph S. Cullinan asks the mayor for another appointment so that the problem may be discussed and invites the mayor, along with the Council and Mr. J. Y. Powell, to come visit the Houston Negro Hospital and see for themselves what is being done there.
