Transcript[R.G. Ashe to Cromwell Jones] Willis Nov 27th.878 Dr Crom Capt Hightower says we ought to serve on Dunn a Deed of contest, which will make him give a contesting bond, which he thinks it impossible for him to do, if you think it necessary, please draw it up in form and bring with you that I may serve him with it in time proscribed by law. Tell Sam that I have written to him to day, tell him to be sure and have you bring an official statement from Comptroler or Atty Gen to the effect of Dunn's indebtedness, tell him to be sure and come with you Affectionately R.
